About the role
This PRN night shift nursing role is based in Nashville, TN, within the Cardiac Decision Unit. Provide direct patient care according to established policies and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor care plans
- Assess patient conditions
- Communicate updates effectively
- Cookordination multidisciplinary care
- Ensure physician and nursing orders are followed
- Assist with discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team
Requirements
- A valid Tennessee RN license or multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days
- An accredited nursing diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Knowledge of cardiac care procedures
