Registered Nurse - Catheterization Laboratory

Role Overview: Provides leadership and coordination of nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care and clinical objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: Assigns, educates, and monitors staff; assesses patient care needs; develops care assignments; collaborates with providers; evaluates patient outcomes; addresses care complaints; participates in hiring and staff development; maintains safety standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and at least one year of RN experience. Skills & Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills; physical ability to perform duties including standing, lifting, and data entry; active RN license and BLS certification; additional certifications like ALS or PALS preferred. Physical Demands: Continuous speech, standing, walking; frequent lifting and reaching; visual and auditory acuity; occasional patient handling and movement. Shift & Department: Day shift in the Cath Lab department, with flexible full-time options.
