Registered Nurse - Catheterization Laboratory

About the Role

This position involves planning, coordinating, and implementing adult patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient care aligned with unit standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a circulator, scrub, or monitor on the procedure team.
• Prepare patients for procedures and analyze assessments.
• Administer medications and provide care for critically ill patients.
• Educate patients and families.
• Document procedures accurately.
• Assist with hemostasis and patient transfers.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• No prior experience required.
• Physical dexterity, alertness, and strong communication skills.

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Either ALS or PALS certification, depending on the state.
• Additional state-specific licensing as required.

Schedule
