Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and deliver clinical services to hospice patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – preferred.
• Current and active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license – required.
• Experience in hospice, home health, palliative care, or related field – preferred.
