Registered Nurse Case Manager

About the role

Dove Healthcare- Superior is seeking a new nurse case manager to add to our team. The role involves supervising the day-to-day activities of assigned residents and employees, coordinating, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services, reviewing and auditing compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs, providing a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of assigned residents and employees
• Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competency
• Review and audit compliance with the patient's plan of care and changing needs
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Wound care certification is preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies
