Dove Healthcare in Lodi is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to join the team as a Nurse Case Manager. In this position you will mentor, train, and educate a team of caregivers while coordinating and overseeing patient care. Responsibilities

• Supervise the day‑to‑day activities of assigned residents and employees.
• Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services provided to each resident using clinical competence.
• Review and audit compliance with the patient’s plan of care and changing needs.
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and home‑like environment.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN).
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Previous nursing experience.
