Position Highlights Full-time opportunity Typically Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits PTO and sick leave Support those who serve Position Requirements U.S. Citizenship Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential) Current BLS certification Key Responsibilities Coordinate individualized pain management care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Manage referrals, treatment coordination, and follow-up care Provide patient education and support continuity of care Bring your case management expertise to a rewarding military healthcare environment!
