Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care, Weekend Nights, 36hrs/week

About the role

Join a dynamic cardiovascular care team as a Registered Nurse in a specialized unit caring for complex cardiac and thoracic patients, including post-op surgeries, CHF, arrhythmias, STEMI, pulmonary issues, kidney failure, overdoses, and step-down cases. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, coordinating care across departments, and providing highly rewarding, complex patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Preferred experience in hospital or specialty care; BSN and additional certifications are a plus

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, stand and walk extensively, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and kneeling
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
