This nurse will work beside Interventional Cardiology for procedures such as Heart Caths and PCIs.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Educate patients on procedures such as ablations and pacemaker/ICD implants.
- Provide detailed post-procedure care instructions.
- Schedule necessary tests and appointments.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective treatment plans.
- Ensure seamless continuity of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Address patient concerns and recognize arrhythmia symptoms.
Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
