How you’ll make an impact in this role

Conduct expert phone triage to identify chief complaints and symptoms, prioritizing urgent needs and critical results for immediate action.
Partner with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans and deliver timely instructions to patients.
Streamline clinic operations by managing medication refills, securing prior authorizations, and providing direct support to providers.
Triage urgent patient needs, critical results, review testing and lab results
Schedule for specialized procedures while providing comprehensive patient education regarding testing and preparation.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Additional Preferences We're Seeking

Must have 3 to 5 years of RN experience in Cardio, ER, Critical Care or Tele.
