REGISTERED NURSE - CARDIOLOGY AND PROGRESSIVE CARE UNIT

About the Role

Registered Nurse candidates for the Cardiology and PCU Units will routinely use acquired knowledge, theory, research and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations. This role requires applying the Synergy Model for Care in practice and using this knowledge to personalize care for each patient/family.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, dependable and effective care to a patient population independently utilizing the nursing process
• Evaluate patient's response to planned care and adjust plan of care as appropriate
• Incorporate AACN Synergy Model into clinical practice
• Collect, report, analyze and provide data on an ongoing basis and as required by physician and/or interdisciplinary teams in accordance with organization standards

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of acute care experience for the unit they are applying to
• Must live outside 100 miles from facility
• BLS required upon submission; all other required certifications can be obtained after hire
• Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure; must obtain prior to start

Pay

$29.05-$46.48 (based on years of experience)
