About the Role
Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professionalism and accountability. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members and coordinate patient care across departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational values and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor patient progress, document accurately, and uphold safety and quality standards.
- Support a positive patient experience and ensure compliance with policies.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the applicable state or valid compact licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
