Role Overview Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and advocate for patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in the state or with a compact license meeting state requirements.American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
