About the Role
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, with responsibility for maintaining licensure.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation; ACLS and BLS required within 90 days.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
