Role: Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac/Neuro care on an acute unit. Responsibilities Assess and monitor complex cardiac and neurological patients.Manage telemetry and IV infusions to ensure patient stability.Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans to optimize patient outcomes.Provide education to patients and families to support recovery and understanding.Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff.Utilize advanced technology and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for efficient care delivery. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure with appropriate training in cardiac and neurological care.Strong assessment and monitoring skills for complex patients.Experience with telemetry, IV infusions, and multidisciplinary teamwork.Effective communication skills for patient, family, and team interactions.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
