Role Overview This nursing position involves delivering direct and indirect patient care in a clinical setting. The nurse collaborates with physicians, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, utilizing critical thinking, compassion, and respect. Responsibilities include assessing patients accurately, administering prescribed medications, and providing age-appropriate care.Developing and evaluating patient and family education plans. assisting physicians with procedures and performing technical services.Addressing psychosocial needs and coordinating post-discharge support.Promoting patient safety and practicing cost-effective resource management.Engaging in lifelong learning to enhance nursing skills. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literacy.RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Preferred: ACLS/PALS certification.
