Demonstrates appropriate judgment and assessment skills in order to make independent clinical decisions in formulating and carrying out home care plan of care. Seeks guidance from Clinical Manager when needed; Demonstrates ability to be depended upon as scheduled for work meetings, and/or in-service as requested. Responsibilities: EDUCATION Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, college or universityLicensure and current registration as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New YorkBSN preferredBLS Certification Preferred Experience One (1) year experience in critical care, emergency room, telemetry, cardiac care or emergency medical services experience requiredOne (1) year experience performing venipuncture preferredCertified Home Care experience preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY Must possess a valid driver's license and have a car available for work useStrong written and verbal communication skillsComputer skills required, I.e. software appropriate to position, word, excelAbility to prioritizeStrong assessment skills requiredAbility to multi task
