About the role
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to physician prescriptions, laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical services within scope of practice and infection control standards
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members from admission to discharge
- Conduct clinical nursing assessments to meet program and payer requirements
- Verify patient eligibility and medical necessity for services
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with community providers
- Adjust care plans as needed with physician approval to meet patient needs
Qualifications
- Unrestricted RN license in the practice state
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to adapt to various home environments regardless of client demographics
Preferred Skills
- Over one year of RN experience
- Independent work ability
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Pay
$32.25 to $48.40 per hour
