Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care and supervise nursing activities
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current Alaska RN license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Pay

Full-time hours with opportunities for additional compensation through shift differentials, overtime, and bonuses.
