Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care based on nursing assessments and care plansEvaluate the quality of care delivered by colleaguesCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient servicesMaintain patient confidentiality and rights at all timesAdhere to organizational standards and policies Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)Current RN license in the state of practice and/or compact licensureBasic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or others as required by the departmentPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasksStrong communication and collaboration skills Key Duties Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plansImplement nursing interventions and monitor patient responsesEvaluate patient progress and modify care as neededEnsure compliance with safety and confidentiality standardsMaintain necessary certifications and stay updated on best practices
