About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 3W Cardiac Care Unit.
Responsibilities
- Providing care for short-stay cardiac patients
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Cross-training in Medical Observation Units (1W and 3MOU) that handle adult patients with conditions like chest pain, syncope, and stroke evaluation
Qualifications
- Active RN license (DE or Compact)
- Minimum of two years of RN experience
- BLS certification
- Commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years (preferred)
Skills and attributes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to cross-train
- Strong clinical skills in acute and sub-acute care settings
Key duties
- Delivering high-quality patient care
- Monitoring patient status
- Ensuring safety during night shifts, including weekends and holidays
Compensation
Hourly pay range of $42.11 to $67.37, depending on experience and qualifications.
