Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care

Role Overview As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the registered nurse applies professional nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring clinical excellence and safety. Key Responsibilities Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical exams.Develop and modify individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team.Implement evidence-based interventions to achieve patient outcomes.Document progress, evaluate effectiveness, and adjust care plans accordingly.Ensure safety by proper equipment use, lab specimen collection, and bedside testing.Coordinate interdisciplinary care, communicate effectively, and advocate for patients.Provide patient education tailored to age, cultural, and developmental needs, promoting understanding and safety. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license, ACLS (within 1 year), BLS (within 30 days), and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.Professional accountability, technical knowledge, and commitment to self-development.Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and patient safety focus.
