About the role
Under the general direction of the Director, Manager or Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. Nursing care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and the generic and unit structure standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide patient care in the Cardiac Care Unit
- Assume individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care
- Follow hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and unit structure standards
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure required
- BLS certification required at hire and maintained
- ACLS required within 6 months
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills required
Requirements
- 1 year of acute care Cardiac Care RN experience or something similar
- Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required
Pay
Mid Range: $30.04 - $41.50 (Based on Years of experience)

- Shift Differentials: $4/Nights & $4.00/Weekends
- Sign-On Bonus: $30K SIGN ON (Nights Only) *2 Year Commitment; $12K SIGN ON (Days Only) *2 Year Commitment
