Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Progressive Care unit. This role focuses on providing specialized patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update individualized care plans for patients.
• Advocate for patient autonomy and dignity.
• Foster learning for patients, families, and staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Lead care coordination within the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Washington RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire.
• At least one year of nursing experience.

Pay

$50.80 - $93.51 per hour, plus potential additional incentives.
