About the role

The Registered Nurse, Burnet ED - Full-time, PM Shift (Experienced RN) position is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care including but not limited to triage, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
• At least 2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Experience with burn care and trauma management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of emergency department protocols and procedures.
• Effective leadership and delegation skills.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
