Responsibilities
- Provide high levels of clinical and medical care to residents.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
- Caring nature with a personal approach to care.
- Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively.
- Coaching-style leadership mentality to empower colleagues.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
- Warm, approachable, and engaging personality.
