£22 per hour, full-time contract role based in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of clinical and medical care to residents.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team to foster a secure and inclusive environment.
• Maintain residents' dignity and self-respect while ensuring their sense of belonging.
• Engage in a variety of clinical experiences to enhance skills and competencies.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
• Caring nature with a personal approach to care.
• Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively.
• Coaching-style leadership mentality to empower colleagues.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
• Warm, approachable, and engaging personality.
