About the role

We are seeking a proactive, passionate, and ambitious Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support our mission at Eccleshare Court Nursing Home in Lincoln. The home is part of the Country Court Family, known for its high-quality care and exceptional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Making critical clinical decisions
• Absessing and developing person-centred care plans
• Safely providing nursing care including administering medication, dressings, and managing resident's medical conditions
• Supporting each other to create a safe environment for all

Requirements

• Valid PIN
• Experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop oneself and others
• Close relationships with residents and their families
• Driven and determined to deliver continuous improvement
• Highly responsive under pressure

• Team player and committed to delivering the best care

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a valid PIN and possess extensive experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

Skills

Strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor others are essential.
