Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact
• Provide care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition
• Provide clinical supervision to CNA's and LPNs on a daily basis

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State
• Maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Excellent communication and reasoning skills
• Productive functioning on an interdisciplinary team

Skills

• Ability to evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment
• Ability to revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition
• Ability to provide clinical supervision to CNA's and LPNs
