Registered Nurse ATRMC (Emergency Department)
Full-time, 0.9 FTE with variable night shifts.

Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC) in Grants Pass is a 125-bed community hospital offering a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon. The Emergency Department features 30 beds (including 2 hold and 4 flex rooms) and operates as a Level 3 trauma service. Nurse-to-patient ratios typically range from 4:1 or lower, depending on acuity. The unit is fast-paced, team-oriented, and operates under a shared governance model.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care for diverse emergency situations.
- Utilize critical care skills in a high-acuity patient population.
- Participate in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- 3 years of Medical-Surgical experience or 2 years of Emergency Department and/or Critical Care experience; required.
- RN: Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN); required upon start.
- BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA); required upon start.
Certifications to Obtain Within 4 Months of Hire
- ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA).
- PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA).
- TNCC: Trauma Nurse Core Course.
Preferred Certifications
- CEN: Certified Emergency Nurse.
- CPEN: Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse.
- TCRN: Trauma Certified Registered Nurse.
- CFRN: Certified Flight Registered Nurse.
- CCRN: Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse.
Pay
Salary range: $53.99–$77.79 per hour.
- $2.50 shift differential for hours worked between 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- $10.00 shift differential for hours worked between 11:01 PM–7:00 AM.
- $2.50 shift differential for weekend shifts.
