Registered Nurse

About the role

As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you'll do more than care for patients—you'll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you'll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. Whether you're managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day. You'll do more than just deliver care. You'll restore dignity, build trust, and change lives.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental health needs of patients
• Administer medications and guide treatment plans from start to finish
• Support patient education and make timely referrals
• Help maintain safety and standards across the unit
• Manage medications and mentor staff as needed
• Respond to crises and provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care

Requirements

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of practice
• 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred)
• Active CPR certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Adaptability in high-pressure settings
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care
