Located at the Southern New Mexico Correctional Facility in Las Cruces, NM, many of our patients are receiving their first experience with quality, compassionate care—and it starts with you. As a Registered Nurse in our facility, you'll do more than care for patients—you'll lead, teach, and advocate. Working closely with healthcare and correctional staff, you'll assess physical/mental health needs, administer medications, and guide treatment plans from start to finish. You'll play a key role in supporting patient education, making timely referrals, and helping maintain safety and standards across the unit. Whether you're managing medications, mentoring staff, or responding to a crisis, your skills will make a real impact every day. You'll do more than just deliver care. You'll restore dignity, build trust, and change lives.
