Registered Nurse

About the role

Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to use your skills and play a crucial role in the well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all residents through assessments and reassessment, development and implementation of appropriate service plans and plans of care, monitoring resident services, supervision of staff, and on-going staff training.

Responsibilities

• Complete an initial, face-to-face comprehensive assessment of prospective/new residents and develop a proposed service plan
• Conduct or delegate the completion of assessments as resident conditions change
• Staff education and case management
• Manage a dedicated patient load

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Current Minnesota RN License in good standing required
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred
• Must desire the opportunity to work with a team of nurses that collaborate, motivate, and support one another
• Must be self-motivated and organized
• Must have the desire and ability to do staff education, case management, and have a dedicated patient load

Schedule

Full-time position, day hours 8am-5pm Monday–Friday with rotating days of on call.

Pay

Salary is $69,000 - $80,000/year based on experience.
