Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervising patient care, leading assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
- Building meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborating with departments to ensure coordinated care and addressing patient concerns.
- Serving as a resource for staff, supporting with complex patient needs.
- Celebrating patient milestones and victories.
Requirements
- Valid RN license per state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
