About the role

Responsibilities
- Advocate, educate, and partner with patients, addressing their overall well-being.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Handle phone triage.

- Assist healthcare providers.
- Administer IV starts.
- Provide medication education.
- Create and update care plans.
Qualifications
- An active WA RN license.
- An associate’s degree (a bachelor’s degree is preferred).
- Outpatient experience required.
- Dual licensure within 120 days of employment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Certifications like ACLS/PALS are a plus.
