About the role
Pitman Manor is a United Methodist Communities community located in Pitman, NJ. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident admissions, room changes, and transitions in accordance with community procedures
- Monitor resident health and wellness through routine observations and ongoing evaluations
- Deliver professional nursing services that align with individualized care goals and established standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, including care provided and medication administration
- Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and the development of personalized support plans
- Work closely with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to encourage a positive resident experience and overall well-being
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and active RN license in New Jersey
- Previous long-term care or assisted living experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule
Part-Time | Day and evening shift available; 2 days per week with every other weekend rotation
