Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide hands-on, bedside nursing care in a warm, homelike setting.
This role is rooted in clinical excellence and connection—giving you the time and support to truly know your residents while delivering high-quality, holistic care alongside highly respected geriatric physicians.

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct bedside care, including medication administration and treatments
- Conduct clinical rounds and monitor resident conditions
- Collaborate closely with care partners, interdisciplinary team members, and Duke geriatricians to support resident wellness
- Communicate changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians and pharmacy partners
- Contribute to care planning and documentation to support individualized care
- Build meaningful connections through thoughtful, compassionate communication with residents and their families, helping them feel informed, supported, and truly cared for
