Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage a care plan for each patient.
- Administer medications and keep an eye out for any adverse effects.
- Keep track of how patients are doing and pass that info along to the supervisor.
- Work with other healthcare professionals to make sure patients get what they need.
Requirements
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
- Geriatric or Home Care experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and client care skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- First aid/CPR certification required.
