About the role
A Family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility in the Merrimack Valley is seeking Registered Nurses for 4-week contracts, working 40 hours per week. The position offers potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to residents in accordance with medical orders and nursing standards.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Document resident care and treatments accurately and timely.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.
- Perform in-house hemodialysis services as required.
Requirements
- Licensed in the State of MA or hold a multistate compact license.
- BLS certification required.
Qualifications
- Experience in post-acute care and/or assisted living preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
Pay
$45.00 per hour
Schedule
4-week contracts, 40 hours per week
