About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful difference in patient care across diverse communities.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, execute, and evaluate patient care.
- Providing care throughout all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure in NLC states.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
- Maintaining required competencies and certifications.

Schedule
Position involves 12-hour night shifts with weekly hours totaling 36.
Contract duration is 14 weeks with potential for extension or placement at other Sanford sites.
