Responsibilities
- Overseeing and administering medications, including managing IM injections based on physician orders.
- Assessing and responding to the ongoing health and wellness of clients, including screening for depression, trauma, and substance use.
- Completing all required documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and recovery plans, in accordance with RHD and licensing body standards.
- Training RHD staff and educating clients and their families on common health concerns to support overall wellness.
- Coordinating with prescribers and other medical providers to help clients secure necessary medical care.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic, value-based services.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (associate or bachelor's degree in nursing).
- A current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
- Prior nursing or human services experience preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
