Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions within the full scope of nursing practice. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Current unencumbered RN license with the state or multistate licensure if applicable.At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.Ability to live at least 60 miles from the work location.
