Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities Provide individualized nursing care utilizing the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care.Deliver care across all phases, including prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.Coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.Practice within the scope of nursing standards and adhere to relevant licensing rules and ethical guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.Minimum of one year of nursing experience and at least six months of travel nursing experience.Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.Obtain and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
