About the role

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and mental health needs at our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (ACTH) in Woodbridge, VA.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform nursing assessments
• Ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical standards
• Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed

Requirements

• Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia
• Knowledge: Understanding of MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
• Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred

What We’re Looking For
