About the role
Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team. The position involves providing nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in a Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform nursing assessments
- Ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical standards
- Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed
Requirements
- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge: Understanding of MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
