About the role
Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team. The position supports youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs at our Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform nursing assessments
- Ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical standards
- Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve
- Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed
Requirements
- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
