About the role
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has an opening for a Registered Nurse at their Lamar Diversion Center in Purvis, MS.
Responsibilities
- Crisis de-escalation skills required
- Makes sure individuals receiving medications are monitored.
- Coordinates and monitors psychiatric schedules.
- Provides emergency services as needed.
- Offers general psychotherapeutic nursing and educational interventions to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing required
- MS RN Licensure required
- Experience working in a crisis unit preferred
- Independent work ability required
