About the role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful difference in patient care across diverse communities.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized care.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and evaluate patient treatment.
- Providing care throughout all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
- Upholding professional standards and ethical guidelines outlined in state Nurse Practice Acts and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practice state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the work location.
- Must pass drug screening and background checks, and must adhere to workplace policies.
Schedule
Work 12-hour night shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly.
Pay
Eligible for weekly pay, including stipends, and Sanford benefits.
