Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan, implement, and assess care strategies.
• Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to state-specific regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, averaging 36 hours per week.
• Maintain required competencies and certifications relevant to the role.

Key Duties

• Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assess patient needs, deliver interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
