About the role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities. Contract durations are typically 14 weeks with options to extend or transfer to other facilities. Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide personalized patient care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Delivering care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within scope of practice.
• Practicing within the standards outlined by state licensing laws and nursing ethics.
• Practice within the scope and standards of nursing practice, adhering to professional and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure for NLC states.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility, with required competencies and certifications maintained.
