Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments for new and existing clients.
• Maintain a strong customer service and sales mindset during every assessment, working to convert qualified prospects into active home care clients through education, relationship building, and exceptional service.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care.
• Delegate nursing tasks and provide hands-on training to caregivers in accordance with state regulations.
• Perform nursing procedures including medication management, clinical assessments, and other services within the RN scope of practice.
• Monitor client progress and communicate changes in condition to physicians, families, and the care team.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation, assessments, and required reports.
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers, providing education, coaching, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure continuity of care and exceptional client service.
• Help promote a safe, compliant, and high-quality care environment for every client.

Requirements

• Must have a full, active license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of two years related work experience in a geriatric healthcare setting required.
• Flexibility as needed when it comes to assessments and scheduling trainings.
• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Has clinical skills: documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, care coordination.

Pay

$42 - $45 / Hour
